Tide & Tub sits directly on Surfside’s pedestrian beach — a rare car-free stretch of shoreline. No road to cross, no boardwalk, no dunes. You walk down the stairs and you are on the sand.
The deck runs the width of the house with an unobstructed 180° view of the Gulf, and the hot tub sits right at the rail. Sunrise comes up over the water, and dolphins pass 50 to 75 feet offshore often enough that guests stop being surprised by it.

Underneath the house you get about 1,500 sq ft of covered concrete — two picnic tables, a charcoal grill, four beach swings, and a foot wash at the bottom of the stairs. Parking for up to 10 vehicles. Beach bonfires are allowed when there is no burn ban, up to 3×3 feet.
