The Gulf is basically the backyard here — about ten steps down from the deck, across the sand-covered access road, and you're on the beach. Fully remodeled and built for big groups, this Bermuda Beach home gives everyone room to spread out, plenty to do when the tide's not cooperating, and the kind of water view that makes you exhale the moment you walk in.
Inside, an open living and dining space runs wall-to-wall with beach views, anchored by a remodeled chef's kitchen with island seating. A dedicated game room keeps the crew busy with a pool table, foosball, air hockey and an arcade. Outside, an 8-person hot tub, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, hammock chairs and giant Connect Four, and multiple decks for sunrise coffee and sunset everything else.

Yes — up to 22 with host approval. Additional guests beyond 16 are $250 per night, per guest. Please message us before booking so we can confirm.
Every booking needs a signed rental agreement and ID verification, then you choose one of two options:
1. A $1,500 refundable security deposit — returned after checkout, assuming no damage.
2. A non-refundable damage waiver — $59 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $3 per night beyond 10. Nothing is held on your card.
Most guests pick the waiver so there's no large hold on their account. It's your call — just let us know which you'd prefer.
Up to 5 vehicles fit in the driveway. The access road runs along the beach and can be sandy, so please make sure your vehicle handles beach driving conditions.
Maximum 8 people. Please rinse off in the outdoor shower first — no soaps, oils, or glass in or around the tub.
This home is not pet-friendly (service animals only; ESAs do not qualify). A $1,500 fee applies for unapproved pets.
Full refund if you cancel 30+ days before check-in, 50% refund 7–30 days before, and no refund within 7 days. This is a coastal property — travel insurance is strongly recommended for weather and evacuation events.
